TALKS ON OFFER
This popular and much frequented series of talks is presented by Mr. Jiří Kolbaba himself - traveller, photographer, independent publicist.
He has visited (often more than once) more than 100 countries on all six continents. He returns from his travels with pictures (see photo bank) and text material. Jiří Kolbaba contributes articles to newspapers and magazines, organises photo exhibitions, travel talks and slide shows. He is a frequent guest on nationwide and local radio shows and works with a number of television stations in the Czech Republic. In the worldwide marketing campaign Keep Walking he was hailed as one of the most important travellers and adventurers of the present day. Jiří Kolbaba is the vice-president of the Czech Travellers' Club.
Live travel talks with slide shows - these have met with growing interest in the Czech Republic in recent years. The talks from the "Route Around the World" series last from 90 - 120 minutes. During this time we show 200 slides and provide visitors with a running commentary on the many places of interest in the country visited. Although we take a geographical approach to the area, we do not fail to mention the historical or geological factors involved in the development of the country or island in question. We are happy to answer any questions visitors might have or to advise them how to safely travel to exotic parts of the world. We successfully manage to promote individual shows in the press, but mostly through our regular radio shows (in particular Český rozhlas, Radio Country, Frekvence 1, Rádio Impuls and local stations).
